The Tachibana family has four sisters, each of whom have had at least one relationship that involves falling for another woman, or having one fall for them.

Tsukasa Shiratori, Nadeshiko Washio and Mikage Kotooka are three close-knit friends in junior high school. For almost a year, Tsukasa has been harboring a secret she can't tell anyone: she has a crush on Nadeshiko. She resigns to keep it locked away forever, but then discovers that Nadeshiko has a crush on Mikage. Not wanting to mess up their current relationship, Tsukasa decides to support Nadeshiko in any way she can. However, Mikage has a secret of her own that she can't share with anyone.

Takeuchi Sachiko's Honey & Honey is a realistic look at an adult lesbian couple living in Japan; to be precise, it's autobiographical. The artwork is rough, but hopefully the plot (and the information the manga imparts) will be enough compensation for those who don't like that style of drawing. The first chapter introduces the two main characters, Sachiko and Masako, and depicts their first meeting.

On the last day of school, Mihane confesses to her senpai the long-term admiration she's had for her ever since they met, as well as tells her that she will try her best to enter Niji no Oka Girls' Academy next year, the school to which her Senpai is going to attend. Now, one year later, she's managed to pass the entrance exam to the prestigious school and is taking the bus to the school. Unfortunately, she takes the wrong bus, but encounters an interesting first-year girl, like her, that is also set to attend Niji no Oka Academy.

Tengoku ni Ichiban Chikai Natsu (The Summer Closest to Heaven) -Tells the story of a ghost who accidentally possesses a girl, then takes advantage of the situation to interact with the woman she loves. Kiss to Koi to Oujisama (A Kiss, Love, and a Prince) -Takes place in the same setting as "Even if We're Not Friends," but centers around different characters. The main character is kissed by her sempai, who is playing opposite her in the school play, and freaks out because she always imagined her first kiss would be with a boy, preferably a dashing prince. Itsuka no Kono Koi (This Love from I Can't Remember When) -Tells the story of one girl's unrequited love. Kuchibiru ni Cherries (Cherries For Your Lips) -Tells the story of a girl who's in love with her best friend. Kusuriyubi ni Kiss Shitara (If I Kiss Her Ring Finger) -Nana wants to take things farther with Hitomi, but Hitomi doesn't seem interested. Meanwhile, Nana's failed her midterms, and she uses the make-up tests as an excuse to avoid Hitomi. Honto no Kimochi (Real Love) -Michiru confesses her love to her sempai and asks her out.
