This manga features Ryouga, a boy with superhuman strength who wants to find his missing father. The only clue Ryouga has is a mysterious figure in the clouds named "Arcades" who promised to take him to his father once he became strong enough. Joining Ryouga is Miruto, a girl who works for an organization that tracks down villains who use Pokemon for their evil intentions and Yappy, a journalist who aims to expose all of the evil in the world. The plot centers around "Burst", the ability to use crystals with Pokmon stored in them to transform into human-Pokmon hybrids. Ryouga's Burst is Zekrom, the same one his father used in the past.
